Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for enrolling in the Curious Parenting Masterclass by ABCD Holistic Wellness. We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our masterclass and resources are digital educational services. Once access is provided, videos and materials cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, which is why our refunds are limited and conditional.

2. General Refund Policy

In most cases, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds in situations such as:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You could not attend the live session but recordings were provided.
  • You did not use or complete the program.
  • You expected different or faster results.
  • Your child or family did not implement the suggestions or follow through.
  • You face personal scheduling issues, internet problems, or device issues at your end.

3. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate Payment – You were charged twice for the same program.
  • Technical Payment Failure – Your account was debited, but we did not receive confirmation or grant you access.
  • Access Not Provided – You did not receive any access (links, login, or recordings) within a reasonable time despite successful payment and after contacting support.

In these cases, we may either provide the missing access or issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above exceptions:

  • Email us at care@abcdholisticwellness.com within 24–48 hours of the issue.
  • Include the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Registered Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Payment Date & Time
  • Transaction ID / Screenshot
  • Reason for Refund Request

We will review your request and may contact you for additional information.

5. Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (subject to your bank/payment gateway’s timelines).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

6. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback/dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program and bonuses.
  • We may also restrict future purchases or enrollment in our programs.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
