  • All course or workshop payments are final and subject to our Return & Refunds Policy.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways (such as Razorpay or similar providers).
  • We do not store your complete card or bank details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content — including text, images, videos, course materials, worksheets, designs, logos, and branding — is the property of ABCD Holistic Wellness and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, record, download, share, sell, or redistribute any content without prior written consent from us.

7. Behaviour & Community Guidelines

  • If you join our Telegram/WhatsApp or any online community, you agree to be respectful towards other members and moderators.
  • Abusive, hateful, or promotional content (spam, self-promotion, etc.) may result in removal from the group and/or program access without refund.

8. No Medical or Psychological Advice

  • Our programs and content are for educational purposes and general parenting guidance only.
  • They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • For any health, developmental, or psychological concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Results Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
  • Your results depend on your level of participation, consistency, family dynamics, and many other factors beyond our control.

10. Technology & Availability

  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device to access live classes and recordings.
  • We strive to keep our platform available; however, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
